Squatters on the Skyline

Started in the Nineteen Nineties of the last century, the construction of the so called Torre de David - one of the highest skyscrapers in Venezuela - was never finished. Nowadays this building gives an example of emerging communities and self organized communal life in an unexpected place - the downtown of Caracas.
